Who Runs The Show???
I'm Louise Claire (Lou) and my passion is bringing people to life, helping them remember who they really are and creating a life they love, an extraordinary life.
We all have a voice inside us that calls us to be more, do more, create more and express ourselves more fully in life, to discover and bring forth the “unlived life within” and to bring our potential to life.

My own voice whispered, spoke then shouted at me when I still didn't listen. Showing itself as an underlying feeling of discontent, a dissatisfaction with all I “had” and a lack of freedom to really express myself. A desire for something more and better. Everything in my life seemed “perfect” yet I felt disconnected, unfulfilled, like something was missing and I wasn't really living my life…
Life slapped me across the face and woke me up at 31 with the breakdown of my marriage. I hit rock bottom and was unwell physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Life was hard, yet the voice inside of me urged me on, gave me a belief and a hope for something else greater than my current circumstances. With everything peeled back and raw I embarked on my coaching journey and began to discover what it was that had been missing for so long…..
IT WAS ME!!!…..the real, true, original, glorious me. I came home to myself. I connected to the "me," free of my conditioning, my fear, my mask, my circumstance, my negative patterns of thought and behaviour….I discovered how to connect to myself in a whole and soulful way where peace, excitement and life are accessible at all times…I discovered how to be present to myself and my life in a way I never had before, to be able to drop out of my busy mind and to be truly free in myself.
I realised on a 'soul level' for the first time that I really did have the power to create the life I wanted. And so the journey began…..in consciousness.
My life has beautifully (and at times painfully) unfolded to bring me to this point. I'm so excited to be living my passion and bringing my heart's desire to life in the form of Pimp My Life and its transformational programmes.
Allow me to believe in you and show you how you can do it too. Answer the call from deep within you to be more, do more, create more and express yourself more fully in your life, to discover and bring forth the 'unlived life within' YOU!!!
